My first job was in the public sector, where I gained initial experience working on projects related to infrastructure and on projects co-financed by IPA cross-border cooperation. After that, I moved to the civil sector, where I was the main person in charge of leading and administering education and social welfare projects in an association. I also managed the entire business of the association. Then I returned to the public sector, where for the last three years I worked on projects from the European Territorial Cooperation program and on public calls for co-financing of smaller projects/programs by municipalities and cities. I participate in many workshops and training provided by ministries, faculties, associations, and institutions specialized in EU projects. I am currently working at the PAR University College as an expert associate in the department for EU funds and as a lecturer for Project management and on the lifelong learning program, i.e. the professional development program “Manager of the development and implementation of projects financed from EU funds” and “Associate of the development and implementation of projects financed from EU funds”.
